Little Mom’s Twilight Fiesta! In that dark time which my memory recorded as my imprisonment inside the dormitory of dread, when human nature became hurtful and hard, the stray cats of this period began to come out of the gloom to lead me towards some kind of light. Each one of them brought me the gift of the calm that belongs to all cats, and which they unerringly pass on to us. One special night during this dreary season became Little Mom’s Dinner Party, or her Twilight Fiesta when I was once again reminded that animals are far superior to … Continue reading Little Mom’s Twilight Fiesta…

Once the kittens … Continue reading Feeding Maya in the twilight of the coronavirus threat & the lugubrious man!
Cat-gardening Chronicles: a little problem with the croton feeding a gruesome white cancer! But when we started sweeping out the mounds of soil, shrubs, dry leaves and other clutter, we discovered that the only remaining croton in the green house was wearing eerily grey leaves instead of the usual bright orange, red, dark green and yellow ones. An inspection revealed that there was a white grotesque … Continue reading Cat-gardening Chronicles recommend stunning movie A Sun from Thailand and save banana skins for your roses
Yes I know what you all are going to say. That it is really gross to choose a meat shop grimy with blood, bones, dirt, claws, even an old slipper, and other unimaginable mess, to nap in. But what can I do? I belong to that race which is suddenly pounced upon by a terrible and instant need for sleep! It can hit us anywhere, anytime, anyhow, and we have no control over it! The person who took this picture was not pleased and said a lot of unkind, horrified, scolding things to me but fortunately I was asleep and … Continue reading Notes from an orange kitten found napping in a gross bed!
Hope and Peace often choose the cheapest lodgings In the darkest coldest streets of atrophy where agony And despair have taken over the area to rule with their Knives and their bulldozers to crash down on everything But living in the broken furniture of futility and famished Dwellings of doom, hope and peace make do with just pot Lunches and dry bread and even the bones of backs against The wall, to begin mending the massacre of everything & Somehow at last, from the battered saucepan of sense and sensibility, magic flies out to join their tatty kitchen to cook … Continue reading Magic sometimes cooks too…
