Want to die laughing? Let the Derry Girls kill you on Netflix!

Laughter is the best medicine. So if you want to die laughing you should give a chance to those Derry Girls to kill you!

The funniest and truly the healthiest show for your heart and soul to watch right now on Netflix is The Derry Girls, a deliciously different and hilarious television series that only the biggest idiot would miss!

Set in Northern Island this amazing blissful dessert of laughs is all about 4 sassy teenage girls, (with one BOY added You can’t miss him! He is a gourmet garnish in the mayhem) during the Troubles!

You are taken through the weird, wonderful, wacky and worrisome world of five teenagers as they survived Northern Ireland during the 1990’s in a Catholic High School growing up in a cauldron of terrorism, dread and anxiety stirring up between British and Irish tensions.

It is difficult to describe a truly sensational television comedy series that can be so hilarious even as it leads you through the darkest periods of history. The four girls and the boy are total riots but so are the parents, the aunts, the uncles, even the clergy and best of all is the Headmistress of this school Sister Michael whom you are tempted to steal away from these brats – or maybe not!

For the sake of your sanity or for the purpose of losing it, do not miss Derry Girls! It is not surprising that they now have a mural painted of them on a wall in Derry, their home town!

Writer and creator Lisa McGee has treated us all to a bubbling cauldron of magical mayhem! I can’t wait for the second season of Derry Girls! This time I might die laughing! And so will you.
