Cat-gardening Chronicles: planting a rose garden for Supreme Court Justice D.Y. Chandrachud: the man who bravely speaks the truth in the darkest corners of India!

Recently in his minority judgement on the Bhima-Koregaon Activists’ arrests he labeled the prosecution of the five activists “criminal.”

“The grievance is that those five persons are being persecuted for their views and their voices are sought to be chilled into silence by a criminal prosecution.”

He ruled that individual liberty must be upheld.

It seems fair to assume that his may be the lone voice still speaking for upholding the truth in the increasingly darkening heart of India.
