Sunday’s flowers say NO NO NO to anti-ageing creams!
WHICH? The independent consumer guide went further into its very interesting study on anti-ageing creams and moisturisers.
To find out whether they really live up to their claims, this guide asked 96 women to try them out!
The moisturisers they selected were: Avon Rich Moisture Face Cream, The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream, Boots Moisture Cream, Helena Rubinstein Performance H2O Essential Hydration Cream, Johnson’s Baby Moisturising Cream, Nivea Crème, Nivea Visage Active Daily Moisturising Crème, Oil of Ulay Double Action Day Cream, Pond’s Dry Skin Cream, Revlon Absolutes Continuous Moisturising Cream, Synergie Daily Moisturiser , Yves Saint Laurent Visible Energie Complete Day Crème.
The Yves Saint Laurent moisturizer was rated highly by the women in this trial for improvements to their skin and feel of their skin and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
But it was also the most expensive moisturizer. Nivea Crème was also rated highly for similar benefits, and costs a fraction of the price!
