Liquid gold on the lawn!




Urine use researcher Hakan Jonsson of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences uses diluted urine to fertilise and irrigate his lawn, as well as a garden and orchard. He made a device which distributes the urine automatically and evenly through a perforated pipe while he dilutes it with a garden hose.


However, he reports that applying urine without dilution also appears to work well!
