Try a delicious Orange Cleanser for your skin!

I love baked potatoes for lunch and potatoes and yoghurt as a salad! But did you know that it can become your free home made beauty treatment? Rub a freshly cut potato over your skin, leave to dry for 10 minutes, then rinse off. It helps to scrub off dead cells, heals and freshens your skin, says Barbara Griggs in her book The Green Witch.

Pure grape juice, or peeled and crushed fresh grapes will give your skin a soft, supple look. Carrot finely grated into Olive oil for use as a face mask is an Italian beauty secret for dry and delicate skins!

Oranges are also very good for your skin she says. Take the pulp of a whole orange and blend it to a smooth puree; apply it all over your face, neck, hands (newly washed). Leave on for 20 minutes, then wash off with tepid water.
